Damaged Items
If the customer discovers a damaged shipment, the carrier should be notified immediately The merchandise should not be returned to us until notified to do so by the carrier. All packaging materials must be retained including styrofoam peanuts, inner and outer cartons, labeling, etc. for inspection by the carrier or the claim may be denied. With shipments properly packaged (as all our shipments are), the ultimate responsibility for delivery in good condition rests with the carrier.
Defective Items
Defective items should be returned to the manufacturer for warranty repair or replacement. Manufacturer contact return info should be found on the item tag or in the owners manual.
Payment
Accepted forms of payment are money order, credit card (VISA, Master Card) or Pay Pal. The customer's choices of payment methods may depend on amount of purchase or destination of shipment.
Pricing
Due to foreign currency fluctuations, promotions, manufacturers' specials, etc.; prices may vary, so be sure to confirm prices when ordering. All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.
Returns/Refunds
In order to maintain the lowest possible prices, we do not offer a free trial or evaluation period on our products. If permitted, an Authorized return of merchandise for credit (it must be like new with all original packaging) will be subject to a Minimum 10% Restocking Fee. The item must be returned within 30 days after receipt, prepaid, with a copy of the purchase invoice and a letter describing the reason for the return. We cannot refund shipping and handling fees or return postage. We will only pay for return postage costs if we accidentally send the customer the wrong item(s).
Shipping
Shipping charges, which include adequate insurance, are based on the Order Total at the time of the initial shipment. The order amount on which charges are determined is pre-coupon and pre-tax total. Cancellations on partially shipped orders will not affect the shipping charges. USA orders will be send via UPS Ground or USPS (our choice). Shipments to APO/FPO are via Priority Mail. International shipments are sent via USPS Air Mail. We do not offer express/overnight shipping at this time.
